Kordieritov\u00e9 police praskaly zhruba po 40\u201350 cyklech mezi teplotou 1250 \u00b0C a pokojovou teplotou, co\u017e nutilo k nepl\u00e1novan\u00fdm odst\u00e1vk\u00e1m ka\u017ed\u00fdch \u0161est a\u017e osm t\u00fddn\u016f. V\u00fdrobn\u00ed t\u00fdm vyzkou\u0161el mulit a dokonce i n\u011bkter\u00e9 prototypy z karbidu k\u0159em\u00edku, ale nic nezajistilo konzistentn\u00ed \u017eivotnost, ani\u017e by n\u00e1klady vylet\u011bly do nebes. Nakonec jsme u kritick\u00fdch up\u00ednac\u00edch desek a saggers p\u0159e\u0161li na keramick\u00e9 t\u011bleso z 95 % oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho. B\u011bhem prvn\u00edho roku se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u017eivotnost zv\u00fd\u0161ila na v\u00edce ne\u017e 180 cykl\u016f a po\u010det nouzov\u00fdch zastaven\u00ed pece klesl o v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu. Tato jedin\u00e1 zm\u011bna materi\u00e1lu se n\u00e1m vr\u00e1tila ji\u017e za dev\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, kdy\u017e jsme zohlednili sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 prostoje a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed frekvenci v\u00fdm\u011bn.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Keramika z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho je v podstat\u011b slinut\u00fd oxid hlinit\u00fd, nej\u010dast\u011bji v rozmez\u00ed 92\u201399,5 % Al\u2082O\u2083. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je \u010distota, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed je pevnost p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, elektrick\u00e1 izolace a odolnost proti opot\u0159eben\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 t\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je po\u017eadovan\u00e1 teplota slinov\u00e1n\u00ed. Standardn\u00ed jakosti se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed such\u00fdm lisov\u00e1n\u00edm, izostatick\u00fdm lisov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo vytla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm a n\u00e1sledn\u011b se vypaluj\u00ed p\u0159i teplot\u011b 1500\u20131700 \u00b0C. Pro nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aplikace se pomoc\u00ed hork\u00e9ho izostatick\u00e9ho lisov\u00e1n\u00ed (HIP) nebo lit\u00ed z ka\u0161e s n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm obr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00edm surov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed d\u00edly s tvarem bl\u00edzk\u00fdm kone\u010dn\u00e9mu tvaru a s velmi n\u00edzkou p\u00f3rovitost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">K\u0159emenn\u00fd oxid se vyzna\u010duje kombinac\u00ed vlastnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 obstoj\u00ed i p\u0159i skute\u010dn\u011b n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m provozn\u00edm nasazen\u00ed. Jeho tvrdost se pohybuje kolem 9 na Mohsov\u011b stupnici, tepeln\u00e1 vodivost je na keramiku velmi dobr\u00e1 (20\u201330 W\/m\u00b7K v z\u00e1vislosti na \u010distot\u011b) a zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 si u\u017eite\u010dnou pevnost v ohybu i p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch v\u00fdrazn\u011b p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00edch 1200 \u00b0C. Odol\u00e1v\u00e1 tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b kyselin, z\u00e1sad a roztaven\u00fdch kov\u016f l\u00e9pe ne\u017e mnoho oxidov\u00fdch keramik. Tyto vlastnosti vysv\u011btluj\u00ed, pro\u010d se oxid hlinit\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v brusn\u00fdch prost\u0159edc\u00edch, pecn\u00edm n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed \u010derpadel, ochrann\u00fdch trubk\u00e1ch termo\u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f, elektrick\u00fdch izol\u00e1torech a opot\u0159ebovac\u00edch vlo\u017ek\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>\u00dadaje o v\u00fdkonu vozidel stejn\u00e9ho typu z re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho provozu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">O n\u011bkolik let pozd\u011bji jsme na jin\u00e9m pracovi\u0161ti provedli kontrolovan\u00e9 srovn\u00e1n\u00ed mezi mlec\u00edmi kuli\u010dkami z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho % o \u010distot\u011b 92 % a 99 % ve stejn\u00e9m mokr\u00e9m kulov\u00e9m ml\u00fdnu p\u0159i zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed keramick\u00e9 hmoty s vysok\u00fdm obsahem k\u0159em\u00edku. U obou d\u00e1vek byly pou\u017eity kuli\u010dky stejn\u00e9 velikosti a stejn\u00e1 rychlost mlet\u00ed. Po 2 000 hodin\u00e1ch provozu jsme nam\u011b\u0159ili n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed hodnoty:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>92 hlin\u00edkov\u00e1 kuli\u010dka %: pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 m\u00edra opot\u0159eben\u00ed 0,018 % za hodinu (v hmotnostn\u00edch jednotk\u00e1ch). Obsah \u017eeleza v ka\u0161i vzrostl po 1 500 hodin\u00e1ch na 0,035 %. Drsnost povrchu kuli\u010dek se znateln\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila, co\u017e v posledn\u00edch 500 hodin\u00e1ch zpomalilo \u00fa\u010dinnost mlet\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>99 hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch kuli\u010dek %: pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 m\u00edra opot\u0159eben\u00ed 0,007 % za hodinu. M\u00edra zachycen\u00ed \u017eeleza z\u016fstala pod hodnotou 0,008 %. Kuli\u010dky si d\u00e9le zachovaly hladk\u00fd povrch, co\u017e n\u00e1m umo\u017enilo udr\u017eet po\u017eadovan\u00e9 rozlo\u017een\u00ed velikosti \u010d\u00e1stic p\u0159i celkov\u00e9m zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby mlet\u00ed o 12 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Kuli\u010dky s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010distotou st\u00e1ly zpo\u010d\u00e1tku p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 35 % v\u00edce, ale jeliko\u017e se spot\u0159eba m\u00e9dia sn\u00ed\u017eila o v\u00edce ne\u017e polovinu a poda\u0159ilo se n\u00e1m vynechat dal\u0161\u00ed krok magnetick\u00e9 separace v n\u00e1sledn\u00e9m procesu, byly celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na tunu hotov\u00e9 ka\u0161e u frakce 99 % o 22 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Podobn\u00e9 trendy jsme zaznamenali i u pecn\u00edho n\u00e1\u010din\u00ed. V peci na porcel\u00e1nov\u00e9 dla\u017edice s rychl\u00fdm vypalov\u00e1n\u00edm, kter\u00e1 pracuje v cyklech p\u0159i teplot\u011b 1 220 \u00b0C, vykazovaly hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 desky 95 % po 150 cyklech pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u00fabytek hmotnosti 0,8 %, zat\u00edmco srovnateln\u00e9 kordieritov\u00e9 desky ztratily 3,4 % a za\u010daly se proh\u00fdbat. Kameninov\u00e9 desky z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161ely teplo rovnom\u011brn\u011bji, co\u017e sn\u00ed\u017eilo teplotn\u00ed rozd\u00edly v cel\u00e9 n\u00e1plni o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 \u00b0C a zlep\u0161ilo konzistenci v\u00fdpalu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Praktick\u00e9 poznatky z dlouhodob\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ne ka\u017ed\u00e1 aplikace vy\u017eaduje nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010distotu. U mnoha opot\u0159ebiteln\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f a b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pecn\u00edho vybaven\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje oxid hlinit\u00fd 92\u201395 % nejlep\u0161\u00ed pom\u011br mezi v\u00fdkonem a cenou. Oxid hlinit\u00fd je nav\u00edc k\u0159ehk\u00fd; n\u00e1raz spadl\u00e9ho ocelov\u00e9ho n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed nebo kovov\u00fdch ne\u010distot v ml\u00fdnu m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit od\u0161t\u00edpnut\u00ed, proto z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 nezbytn\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat po\u0159\u00e1dek a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 postupy p\u0159i pln\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Zku\u0161enosti ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f se dos\u00e1hne tehdy, kdy\u017e t\u00fdmy p\u0159estanou vn\u00edmat keramiku z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho jako p\u0159\u00edmou n\u00e1hradu a m\u00edsto toho p\u0159epracuj\u00ed nosnou konstrukci tak, aby vyu\u017e\u00edvala siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky tohoto materi\u00e1lu. D\u00edky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnosti za tepla je \u010dasto mo\u017en\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt ten\u010d\u00ed profily, co\u017e sni\u017euje tepelnou hmotnost a zkracuje dobu zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed i ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed. Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00fdch prvk\u016f v peci, kter\u00e9 zabra\u0148uje bodov\u00e9mu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a umo\u017e\u0148uje rovnom\u011brnou dilataci, rovn\u011b\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b prodlu\u017euje \u017eivotnost.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Keramika z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho sice nikdy nebude nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed volbou na trhu, ale v prost\u0159ed\u00edch, kde prostoje, zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nebo \u010dast\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed re\u00e1ln\u00e9 n\u00e1klady, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed i nad\u00e1le m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy. Pr\u00e1v\u011b ty z\u00e1vody, kter\u00e9 sleduj\u00ed skute\u010dnou \u017eivotnost, m\u00edru opot\u0159eben\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 dopady nam\u00edsto pouh\u00e9 po\u0159izovac\u00ed ceny, se k oxidu hlinit\u00e9mu st\u00e1le vracej\u00ed pro \u00fakoly, na kter\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed nejv\u00edce.
