Vysokonap\u011b\u0165ov\u00e9 izol\u00e1tory podp\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed topn\u00e9 prvky uvnit\u0159 v\u00e1lcov\u00fdch pec\u00ed selh\u00e1valy v alarmuj\u00edc\u00edm tempu. P\u016fvodn\u00ed porcel\u00e1nov\u00e9 izol\u00e1tory vydr\u017eely pouze 8 a\u017e 14 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, ne\u017e praskly nebo se na jejich povrchu objevily stopy po elektrick\u00e9m v\u00fdboji, co\u017e zp\u016fsobovalo elektrick\u00e9 poruchy a vynucovalo nepl\u00e1novan\u00e1 odstaven\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 porucha znamenala ztr\u00e1tu v\u00fdroby a n\u00e1kladn\u00e9 nouzov\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny. Pot\u00e9, co jsme vyzkou\u0161eli n\u011bkolik r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f porcel\u00e1nu bez skute\u010dn\u00e9ho zlep\u0161en\u00ed, rozhodli jsme se otestovat 95 hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch izol\u00e1tor\u016f % na stejn\u00fdch \u00fasec\u00edch pece.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Izol\u00e1tory z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho se vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed ze slinut\u00e9ho oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho, obvykle s \u010distotou v rozmez\u00ed 92 % a\u017e 99,5 %. \u010c\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed je obsah oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho, t\u00edm lep\u0161\u00ed je kombinace elektrick\u00e9 izolace, mechanick\u00e9 pevnosti a odolnosti v\u016f\u010di vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m. Po 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch jsme zaznamenali n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"auto\">\n<li>Porcel\u00e1nov\u00e9 izol\u00e1tory: M\u00edra poruchovosti 37 %. V\u011bt\u0161ina poruch byla zp\u016fsobena prasklinami v d\u016fsledku teplotn\u00edho \u0161oku nebo povrchov\u00fdm v\u00fdbojem, kter\u00fd vedl k p\u0159eskoku. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u017eivotnost p\u0159ed v\u00fdm\u011bnou \u010dinila 11 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. U n\u011bkolika kus\u016f se ji\u017e po 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch objevilo viditeln\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed glazury a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd svodov\u00fd proud.<\/li>\n<li>95 hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch izol\u00e1tor\u016f typu %: 4 p\u0159\u00edpady poruchy typu %. T\u011bchto n\u011bkolik poruch bylo zp\u016fsobeno sp\u00ed\u0161e mechanick\u00fdm n\u00e1razem b\u011bhem \u00fadr\u017eby ne\u017e degradac\u00ed materi\u00e1lu. Kdy\u017e jsme vypo\u010d\u00edtali celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady v\u010detn\u011b u\u0161l\u00e9 v\u00fdroby, pr\u00e1ce na v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b a n\u00e1hradn\u00edch d\u00edl\u016f, poskytly izol\u00e1tory z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho o 63 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na provozn\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edc navzdory jejich vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u0159izovac\u00ed cen\u011b.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Pro\u010d se oxid hlinit\u00fd osv\u011bd\u010duje l\u00e9pe v n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Koeficient tepeln\u00e9 rozta\u017enosti oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u v\u011bt\u0161iny porcel\u00e1n\u016f, co\u017e sni\u017euje vnit\u0159n\u00ed pnut\u00ed p\u0159i rychl\u00e9m zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a ochlazov\u00e1n\u00ed. Jeho vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tepeln\u00e1 vodivost rovn\u011b\u017e napom\u00e1h\u00e1 odvodu tepla z lok\u00e1ln\u00edch hork\u00fdch m\u00edst. Po 8 000 hodin\u00e1ch nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9ho provozu p\u0159i \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edch se 850 \u00b0C nevykazovaly izol\u00e1tory z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00fd pokles izola\u010dn\u00edho odporu, zat\u00edmco u steatitov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f se objevily mikrotrhliny a do\u0161lo k 40% n\u00e1r\u016fstu svodov\u00e9ho proudu. Motory vybaven\u00e9 izol\u00e1tory z oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho tak\u00e9 vykazovaly m\u00e9n\u011b vynech\u00e1vek a vy\u017eadovaly m\u00e9n\u011b \u010dastou \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Praktick\u00e9 poznatky z re\u00e1ln\u00fdch instalac\u00ed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">Ne ka\u017ed\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed vy\u017eaduje nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 \u010distoty. Z\u00e1vody, kter\u00e9 sleduj\u00ed skute\u010dnou \u017eivotnost a zp\u016fsoby poruch, a ne jen po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed cenu, jsou ty, kter\u00e9 nakonec standardizuj\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed oxidu hlinit\u00e9ho pro sv\u00e9 nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159eby v oblasti elektrick\u00e9 izolace.
